The Impact Of "The Belt And Road" Countries Trade Facilitation On China's Export

In recent years,after bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations,the world's trade system has been open,tariff barriers and non-tariff barriers to trade gradually reduced,global trade liberalization has been greatly improved,and the current trade barriers are mainly invisible,that is,trade is not efficient.Trade facilitation can not only reduce the barriers to cross-border movement of elements,but also improve the efficiency of customs clearance and reduce the transaction costs in international trade.It is highly concerned by international organizations and countries all over the world.At the same time,since the reform and opening up,China's export trade rapidly develop.The current global trade protectionism prevail,at this time China put forward the " The Belt and Road " strategic concept,and trade facilitation can promote the stable development of China's export trade.In view of this background,it is of great significance to study the influence of trade facilitation on the export trade between countries and regions along the " The Belt and Road ".In this paper,trade facilitation as the main line throughout the full text,and is divided into six parts.First,it comprehensively reviews research results about domestic and foreign scholars for trade facilitation and the impact of trade facilitation to export trade.Second,the theoretical basis for the study of trade facilitation is introduced.Thirdly,it analyzes the development status of China's export trade and describes the development status of " The Belt and Road " and China's trade facilitation level.Trade facilitation index system includes the construction of infrastructure,customs environment,regulatory environment and information technology four primary indicators and Quality of road,Burden of customs procedures,Corruption Perceptions Index and other 14 second-level indicators.It estimates 2011-2015 the countries along " The Belt and Road " and China's trade facilitation level.Fourthly,based on the theoretical basis of trade facilitation,the mechanism of trade facilitation to export trade is analyzed.Fifthly,the paper sets up the gravitational model,and makes an empirical test on the impact of trade facilitation on the export trade between China and the country along the country.The results show that trade facilitation has a significant effect on China's export trade.Sixth,according to the empirical test,based on the perspective of trade facilitation,the proposal about how to improve the level of China's export trade is made.
