The Study Of The Service Ability Of YinChuan Science And Technology Business Incubator

The science and technology business incubator first appeared to be built by the government in order to provide entrepreneurial services to technological small enterprises,promote technological innovation and speed up transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In the early 1990s,in order to cultivate high and new technology enterprises and create a good environment for the growth of scientific and technological enterprises,the Ministry of Science&Technology will include the development of science and technology business incubator in the "Torch Program" and promote it throughout the country.Today,under the background of encouraging the public to start a business and creating a great variety of innovation,as an important component of the regional innovation and entrepreneurship system,the business incubator has the function of entrepreneurial service and boosting technology innovation,which determines that it must shoulder the responsibility of providing the entrepreneurs with diversified support services,reducing the cost of entrepreneurship and promoting the innovation of their own technology.Entrepreneurial service is the core function of the science and technology incubator.Improving the service ability of incubators helps to strengthen core functions.Based on the evaluation index system of the national science and technology business incubator,this paper aims to improve the service ability of science and technology business incubator and create a high quality entrepreneurial environment,studies the service ability of the incubator in Yinchuan.The author investigated the incubator from the external environment of incubator,incubator service team,and service system,and selected two national incubators as a case,in depth observation,and compared the implementation of service ability indicators in Yinchuan.Through the investigation,the author found that the service ability of Yinchuan scientific and technological business incubator has the problems of weak basic service,less financing service enterprises,low service team comprehensive service ability,lack of effective strength of gathering resources,lagging behind in service construction and lack of kinetic energy of Incubator's continuous development.After analyzing the causes of the problems,the paper puts forward solutions to improve the service ability of Yinchuan incubators.
