Reearching For Enterprise Architecture Of It Project Risk

Based on the continuous development of technology,management science is gradually perfect,the IT enterprise project's management level and management methods have been improved in the progress of executing IT projects.A lot of projects are failed to achieve the original goal in the progress of developing.So,economic scholars have proposed to identify potential risk,assess risk,control risk for IT projects,and build IT projects' risk management system,which has become the necessary conditions for the success of the IT project implementation.In order to achieve the target with high quality,IT projects'implementation need to be supported by the time line of planned term and capital planning.And the influencing factors of IT projects should include:the development of market demand,market competitiveness,enterprise management system.At same time,the market influence factors are some aspects of affecting projects' implementation in the progress of enterprise developing.We need to identify those factors in the progress of projects'implementation.So,IT projects' must be implemented based on the method of identifying risk and management which are system and science.This paper discusses risk management of IT projects,and builds researching module for analyzing it.Also,this paper has built overall risk management architecture depending on unique characteristics and COSO_ERM architecture(Enterprise Overall Risk Management).This paper built the architecture of enterprise IT projects overall risk management on the aspects of 4 types of target,8 types of module and different stakeholders.Also,Combined with R company practice of IT project risk management to further optimize the system construction,to enable enterprises to further enhance the quality of IT project management,and make it smooth implementation of the project,to enable enterprises to benefit from the success of IT project.
