Research Of Strengthening The Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of Our Country Under The Strategy Of Innovation-driven Development

The equipment manufacturing industry,especially the high-end equipment manufacturing industry is a technology-intensive industry.It has the characteristics of high-added value,strong radiation and high driving force,and it is at the high end of the international market value chain.The equipment manufacturing industry is the basic and strategic industry for the healthy and stable development of the national economy and is an important symbol of the level of industrialization,the level of modernization and the comprehensive national strength.For nearly 70 years since the founding of new China,the equipment manufacturing industry has been in the forefront of the world in terms of scale and output value,and China has formed a mature industrial system with a large scale,complete variety,complete industrial chain and stronger international competitiveness,which perform in the aerospace,high-speed rail,high performance computers,and the nuclear industry and other high-tech fields lead the world.However,the problem of "large but not powerful" of the equipment manufacturing industry of our country have not been fundamentally resolved.The main manifestation is the lack of leading multinational enterprises,the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry lagging behind,the core technology relying on others,imperfect product standard system and weak brand competitiveness,in which the core technology relying on others is the most critical problem.The main reasons of restricting the development of the equipment manufacturing industry of our country include imperfect independent innovation system,prominent de-industrialization,poor protection of intellectual property rights,imperfect financing system and the lack of "craftsman spirit".Internationally,we face the challenge of two-way extrusion:the manufacturing regression of developed countries and homogeneous competition of developing countries,what result in more difficulties of industrial transformation and upgrading and overseas market development.To strengthen our country's equipment manufacturing industry,we should improve the ability of independent innovation under the innovation-driven strategy.we can start from creating fine macro environment and optimizing the micro environment of enterprise.Creating the fine macro environment mainly include strengthening the adjustment of industry structure,improving the financing environment,protecting intellectual property rights,improving the standard system,implementing cluster development and cultivating technical talents.Optimizing the micro environment of enterprises mainly include improving the ability of independent innovation of enterprises,improving information productivity of enterprises,strengthening the construction of brand,improving the ability of digestion and absorption of international advanced technology and cultivating "craftsmanship spirit".It is a great project to build the power of equipment manufacturing industry,which can't be done in a short time,we should work hard for a long time.
