Research On The Mechanism Of Independent Innovation Ability Of Equipment Manufacturing Industy In Heilongjiang Province

Innovation is a kind of driving force on the development of enterprises. Therefore, the strength of independent innovation which is one of most important factor impacting the core competitiveness of enterprises directly relates to the status of enterprises in markets. There are a lot of studies that focus on independent innovation. With the development of economy and the aggravation of market competition, how to execute independent innovation activities and improve market competitiveness has become an important issue. The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of industrial development and occupies a vital position in national economy. As a traditional industrial base in China, equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang province occupies the larger share of possession and significantly impact the development of Heilongjiang province. As the neglect of government and geographic position, independent innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province is weak and has lagged behind. Thus, this paper analysis the influencing factors of independent innovation of equipment manufacturing industry and research the promotion mechanism of independent innovation. Then, combined with actual condition, this paper provide suggestions and opinions.Firstly, based on previous literature, this paper defines the conception of equipment manufacturing industry and independent innovation, amply analyses independent innovation theory, industrial organizational theory and enterprise innovation theory, and then introduces the current situation and problem of development of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province. Secondly, this paper based on industrial organizational theory establishes the promotion mechanism model of Heilongjiang equipment manufacturing industry, which provides the influencing factors of independent innovation of equipment manufacturing industry. Further, this paper uses 2012-2014 years data from China Industry Business Performance database to estimate regression model, anal yze the relationship among factors and check the robustness of model. Finally, based on empirical results, this paper provides the policies of the promotion mechanism of independent innovation from enterprise level, industry level and macro-environment level.
