The process of urbanization is a process in which the level of human productivity continues to increase and the division of labor in the region continues to deepen.Population flows in space. This is especially a process in which rural populations migrate to cities, and non-agricultural activities are concentrated in cities. At the same time, they can bring economic benefits. The process of massive aggregation of wealth, wealth, and services.Helping to expand domestic demand is an important way to stimulate modern economic growth. In recent years, the country has gradually discovered that some models of traditional urbanization are not suitable for long-term and limited implementation. At the "18th National Congress," a new type of urbanization was proposed, which is different from traditional urbanization. Its core is "urbanization of people" and urbanization.Achievements that are more beneficial to rural residents are important measures to implement the party's strategy for promoting rural development at the “19th National Congress” and solve the problem of “three rural issues” and inadequate rural agricultural development imbalance, which will help increase farmers' income.Level, struggling to create a new situation for the "three rural" work.In terms of urbanization level,Anhui Province is a large agricultural province, and the proportion of rural residents to the total population is relatively large. The level of urbanization is lower than that of other coastal provinces in the east;in terms of household consumption, rural residents in Anhui Province consume The level has been at a relatively low level for a long time. The lack of self-consumption capacity of rural residents and the tradition of their own consumption concepts greatly constrain the level of consumption. This article first analyzes the urbanization level, introduces the basic concepts and indicators of urbanization, and the basic situation of urbanization in Anhui Province. Then it elaborates the concept of consumption level, indicators and consumption in Anhui Province from the aspect of rural residents' consumption level. The basic generalization of the level, finally combining the urbanization of Anhui Province with the consumption level of rural residents in Anhui Province, this paper selected the rural residents of Anhui Province as the research object, based on the premise of domestic and foreign research results, from the Theoretical and empirical analysis is conducted in two directions to theoretically analyze the impact of urbanization on rural residents' consumption. The empirical analysis is based on some correlation data from 1995 to 2016 in the past 22 years. It is the first case of the urbanization rate in Anhui Province. And analyze and compare with the national urbanization rate, then analyze the data from the three aspects of rural residents' consumption structure, expenditure level and average consumption tendency, and use the vector autoregressive model to perform the impulse response function and variance decomposition. Methods to derive the impact of urbanization in Anhui Province on rural residents' consumption. The verification of urbanization has a positive effect on the consumption of rural residents, and the role of this promotion has a long-term empirical conclusion. Finally, through careful analysis of the empirical conclusions,it is reasonable to put forward countermeasures to accelerate the process of urbanization and promote rural residents' consumption: 1.Actively implement a new type of urbanization based on “people-oriented” to integrate the integration of urban and rural development 2.Accelerate the reform of the household registration system and completely eliminate it Obstacles to the urbanization caused by the household registration system 3.Establish a long-term mechanism to increase farmers' income and increase the government's input in the work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers.4.Establish rural education and training institutions to strengthen education and training for rural residents.5.Raise the consumption skills of rural residents and change the concept of consumption of rural residents...
