In the fierce market competition today, sales have become an importantwork in Metersbonwe Group which based on business clothing. Sales work doingwell or bad will determine the survival and development of the organization.While it is the key link to mobilize the salesman working enthusiasm andcreativity and to do the sales work that to conduct a comprehensive, systematicand scientific performance appraisal to the salesman. Therefore, building astrategy oriented and strong salesman performance appraisal index system and itscomprehensive evaluation system has important practical significance to solvethe existing problems in performance appraisal of salesman personnel, improvethe Metersbonwe Group market brand value and economic benefit, realize thestrategy goal of the company’s long-term development, meet the growingconsumer demand for aesthetic, and improve the quality of the people, promotethe development of national economy.Firstly, the research status at home and abroad based on the performanceappraisal index system and the method of performance appraisal are reviewed;secondly describes the Metersbonwe Group sales management overview,analyzes the existing problems and their causes of the Metersbonwe Group’sperformance appraisal system and explain the importance of the MetersbonweGroup for salesman personnel performance evaluation on strategic level,management level and the individual level; thirdly, based on the analysis of theMetersbonwe Group’s strategic target, performance evaluation index system’sdesign goals and principles and characteristics of the salesman, the MetersbonweGroup salesman performance appraisal primary index system is formed and usesAHP to screen the primary index system, the Metersbonwe Group salesman performance evaluation index system is established with the strategic orientationand determine the weight system using normalization method;fourthly,evaluatethe Metersbonwe Group salesman performance appraisal,based on the analysis ofadvantages and disadvantages of different fuzzy operators and applicability,combined with the characteristics of Metersbonwe Group salesman personnelperformance appraisal index system, choose the weighted average operator asMetersbonwe Group salesman performance evaluation’s fuzzy operator, andintroduces the application of basic step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation onperformance evaluation, expounds the problem which should be payed attentionto on the design of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system.
