Studies Of The Problems And Its Strategies About Public Service Of Intellectual Property Rights In Chongqing Liangjiang New Area

In 2000,the Central Committee of Party put forward the strategy of western development.Subsequently,the State Council established the leading group for the development of the western region.In 2010,China launched a new round of western development.In order to support Chongqing to be the construction of the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,the Liangjiang New Area has been established as an important gateway to the development of the western development and the inland opening of the Yangtze River,based on the national western development and inland open strategy.The development of Liangjiang New Area is closely linked with the development of Chongqing and state-level new districts.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee of Party has made a major judgment on the new normal form of economic development and made clear the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.Intellectual property rights as an important part of modern property rights system is an important guarantee for innovation-driven development.Liangjiang New Area actively integrated into the national inland open strategy and Chongqing innovation-driven development strategy.It achieves rapid development and fulfilled the responsibility and mission as a national new district.This paper studies the problems and countermeasures of public service of intellectual property rights in Liangjiang New Area.In first chapter,introduced the main theories and policy initiatives of the domestic and foreign intellectual property rights' s public services.Secondly,it discusses the status quo of public service of intellectual property rights in Liangjiang New Area.Then,the author analyzes the problems and main reasons of the public service in Liangjiang New Area.Finally,according to the national intellectual property strategy,the construction of intellectual property rights in Chongqing and the concrete practice of Liangjiang New Area,the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures for the development of public service of intellectual property rights in Liangjiang New Area.
