In modern society,tourism is more and more combined with living conditions,and tourism demand is gradually developing towards "rigid demand".Summer tourism first originated from people's physical and life needs,with the development of travel and living demand levels rise,many people increasingly realize that cool climate is a scarce resource,summer tourism arises at the historic moment.Changchun city is located in north latitude 43 °,from high latitude area,in the summer,climate is very cool,forests and lakes are rich,summer travel is advantage of summer tourism as the development direction,summer tourism economic is broad prospects.Taking Changchun " summer festival " as the breakthrough point,study of Changchun summer tourism development course,present situation and condition,and under the guidance of the summer economic theory,the sustainable development theory,the experience economy theory and location theory,on the ground of the field survey and literature analysis,use of ASEB grid analysis tool,from the perspective of tourist experience to analyze and evaluate the development of Changchun summer tourism.In the research,it is found that there are some problems in the development of summer tourism in Changchun.First,lay too much stress on resource planning and light market planning;Second,under the government-led management system,the participation of market suppliers is not high;Third,the product lacks innovation,the experience is insufficient;Fourth,the image of the city is not as good as before,tourism attraction is reducing;Fifth,summer tourism industrialization degree is low,the consumption structure is single.Concrete embodiment in the development of weak restriction factors,,such as,the lack of investment,brand building,city image building,product development,industrialization development and imperfect infrastructure.Most important of all,the lack of product development and brand construction.Based on these questions,this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions to solve the problems in product development,market development and sustainable development.First,improve product attractiveness through product innovation,level promotion and segmentation requirements;Secondly,through attracting investment,regional cooperation and integrated marketing to expand the market and create brand image;Finally,sustainable development can be promoted through protective development,balanced benefit distribution and industrial extension and integration.
