Lean production system is originated from the Toyota Production System,which is based on customers' needs,with waste reduction as the core,with zero inventory,zero defects and high flexible as the goal,with the most economical cost for production.The implementation of lean production is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and customer satisfaction.In this dissertation,we study the related theories of lean production in advance,such as lean culture creation,five principles of lean production,lean production tools such as value stream,eight kinds of waste and so on.Then take T-company as the example,introduce the background of T-company,analyze the problems that existed in T-company such as staff mindset,appraisal system,mixed line production,staff skills,site waste and so on.After that,use the theory of lean production,analyze these issues one by one and dig the possible solutions,eventually improve the production capability.Finally,summarize the results of the implementation of lean production,and put forward the subsequent suggestions for the future.This dissertation emphasizes that lean production was not only a tool,but also a kind of culture,and it is a process of changing the mindset of people.Therefore,in the process of research,we put lean culture creation in the first place,and lay the solid foundation for the sustainable development of lean production.
