Lean Production Management Program Research In Electronic Assembly Line Of XC Co.Ltd

As an advanced production management approach, Lean production has been widely used in many companies especially Japanese company for many years, and these companies have gotten significant achievement. By eliminating all the non-value added labor and waste, to continuously reduce costs, to improve efficiency and to increase production flexibility and agility,so finally realized individual production. Lean production made brilliant contributions to adapt enterprise to the present changeable market environment. Therefore lean production is the first choice to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.However, XC company encountered great resistance when this company was executing lean production into their electronic assembly production line. The electronic assembly production is well known as mass production and high-speed automatic production equipment in the world, but lean production is one-piece-flow mode, which greatly conflicted with mass production. How to apply lean production into electronic assembling industry? This article is to research the real application of lean production in the electronic assembly line of XC company, we solved the low efficiency issue by applying the theory and approach of lean production; and solved the practical problems during the application of lean production and studied the popularization application of lean production in the electronic assembling industry.First of all, this paper is to survey and analyze XC company’s electronic line capacity by applying the theory and approach of lean production to identify the root cause of the problem; Secondly, this paper also provides the improvement solutions to the biggest problem of low production efficiency by applying the approach of lean production. After we executed these improvement solutions, the production efficiency of the product848was improved through eliminating waste, improving logistic flow design and balancing production line. The research results of this paper drives XC company to continue the execution of lean production management, at the same time, the research approach of the lean production application in this paper can also provide a good reference for other electronic assembling enterprises.
