As an important component of China's economy,the automobile industry has maintained steady growth and has become the world's largest auto producer for seventh consecutive years.Automobile sales enterprises play an important role in the field of automobile circulation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the management status and profitability of automobile sales enterprises through benchmarking management.In this paper,XX brand A 4S shop as a case,from the automobile sales enterprise management status quo,discussed the automobile sales enterprise implementation benchmarking management significance.Based on the literature review and understanding of the industry at home and abroad,the paper designs the data system and analysis thinking of benchmarking management,and adopts the knowledge and methods of benchmarking management,data decision-making and benchmarking analysis software.It is found that there are some shortcomings in sales management of XX brand A company,such as low gross profit margin index and low sales process management index,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Through research,the paper confirms the dimensions of sales management,key data index and calculation formula of benchmarking management in automobile sales enterprises.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research and application status of benchmarking management at home and abroad,and the main research methods.The second chapter,benchmarking management theory and practice of benchmarking management of domestic automobile sales enterprises.This section mainly introduces some theoretical knowledge of benchmarking and the two benchmarking methods involved in this paper.At the same time,it also analyzes the current situation of benchmarking management in domestic auto sales enterprises.The third chapter,based on the profit balance software XX brand A 4S shop benchmarking management.This part mainly introduces the data base management and the result of benchmarking for A 4S stores.The fourth chapter,XX brand A 4S shop sales management countermeasures and suggestions.Analyze and study the benchmark data and give suggestions for improvement.The fifth chapter,research conclusions and follow-up research prospects.This part summarizes and looks forward to the research results and conclusions of this paper.
