Research On The Supply And Demand Of Tourism Public Service In Hohhot

The report of the Nineteenth Party Congress put forwa-rd "improving the public service system and continuously satisfying people's growing needs for a better life." With the arrival of the mass tourism era,the demand for tourism public services by tourists and potential tourists is increasingly diversified and the degree of demand is increasing.The characteristics of the tourism industry,such as comprehensiveness,multi-industry correlation,and open sharing,deter mine that the development of tourism public services not only conforms to the changes and development of the entire social environment,but also follows the unique characteristic of the industry's own development.As a result,new and higher demands are placed on the supply of tourism public services.This article selects Hohhot,the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as its research object,and refers to the use of supply and demand theory,new public service theory,governance theory,and match degree theory,and uses social survey methods and correlation analysis methods to analyze data through questionnaire surveys and interviews.Through analysis,the demand side and supply side of Hohhot Tourism Services have evaluated the demand and supply of tourism public services,and concluded that there are problems in the tourism public service supply and demand imbalance in Hohhot,such as the tourism information services Matching,lagging level of tourism security protection services,low satisfaction with convenient services for travel services,ease of tourism and public services,and low efficiency of tourism administrative services.After analyzing the causes,based on summing up and drawing on the experience of advanced regions at home and abroad,we propose measures to increase the level of tourism public service provision in Hohhot.
