With the popularization and development of modern e-commerce,online ordering is one of the major branches,and its development prospect is immeasurable.The delivery of take-out orders is also a new type of logistics activity developing with modern e-commerce.It needs immediate delivery within the city scope according to the customer's request for the delivery of meals.According to the distribution company's logistics capabilities,real-time feedback on the required delivery orders,to inform customers on whether delivery on time,and the earliest time when the take-out can be reached,these are the key of all aspects to create maximum benefits,improve customer satisfaction and accelerate the modern e-commerce field development.According to the characteristics of real-time and accuracy of catering delivery orders,this paper proposes a real-time response method for orders based on various solution pools.Firstly,this paper accounts the background and complexity of the problem of accepting take-away orders,and the research status of the order distribution problem and related algorithm for solving the vehicle routing problem.Subsequently,a mathematical model of the real-time response method for catering orders is established,and designs a real-time response algorithm based on various solution pools.The algorithm mainly includes five key modules: path initialization based on interpolation method,candidate algorithm generation algorithm based on large neighborhood search technology,cache solution selection strategy based on variance of solution,order real-time response algorithm based on various solution pools,and vehicle distribution process.Finally,performance analysis of the proposed algorithm is performed.A large number of experiments on the improved Solomon Benchmark example show that the real-time response method of this paper not only meets the requirements of real-time response,but also guarantees the optimized quality of understanding.This paper mainly solves the problem of accepting orders and delivery issues for catering take-away orders.Based on the real-time and accuracy of the problem,this paper proposes a real-time response method based on various solution pools,and validates the effectiveness of the algorithm through experiments.It has made a leading contribution to the prosperity and progress of the logistics delivery industry and promoted the healthy and sustainable development of the e-commerce industry.
