The use of information technology enterprises to achieve changes in market demand, rapid response, which is very important to enterprises; The customer delivery deadlines set for the full utilization, and for a fixed period multi-stage supply chain optimization in a reasonable allocation of the other, equally important.Bilevel decision is a decision-making mechanism which use bilevel programming mathematical model applied to the whole supply chain decision. It can be well coordinated supply chain overall and partial interests relationship.This paper first discusses the supply chain optimization cycle in response to lower costs and improve the effectiveness of important significance; Then introduced the bilevel integer programming model, given under certain conditions based on simulated annealing method and the discrete search solution; Again, we do some practical improvements on the bilevel integer programming model and describe the steps in detail; Finally, we take a specific mold manufacturing enterprises as an example, the model is applied to the enterprise, calculate optimal production cycle, and the production and previous mode of production cycle were analyzed.This article is mainly directed against bilevel programming model made some practical improvements, and put this theory into reality which use it in the mold manufacturing process. Through past experience, we calculate the production cycle and profit specific function. It will provide a strong basis for the enterprises to determine reasonable business plan and make the key decision. |
