This paper analyzes the development strategy of Kehua Company and its implementation by analyzing the company profile and competitive environment and competitive advantage of Xiamen Kehua Hengsheng Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Kehua Company").Kehua company is the first listed uninterruptible power supply(UPS)manufacturing enterprises,and has been in the high-end UPS manufacturing industry to occupy the domestic brand first position.Currently,Internet technology is increasingly important to the operation of society,as its cornerstone of the importance of electronic information industry is more and more prominent.As a high-end power supply manufacturing enterprises,Kehua company must also adjust their own competitive advantage for their own market,select the company's strategic line of defense to deal with the relevant industry market environment and competitive pressures.Based on the theory of strategic development,such as strategic management,marketing management,economics and so on,and the analysis tools such as PEST,five force model and SWOT,the author systematically analyzes and studies the internal and external environment of Kehua Company,The industry requirements,the types of risks,the opportunities and challenges,and other factors,from the strategic level,the strategic level and operational level of research,combined with Kehua company's competitive conditions,having a in-depth analysis of the relative advantages of the company compared to competitors,and proposes for the characteristics of Kehua company,conducive to play the advantages of Kehua company's development strategy.Facing the bottleneck of the development of the UPS industry,Kehua company carries out he strategic transformation actively,from the product sales transformation of the overall solution and technical services from the UPS power industry transformation into the "three-wing" strategic business,namely a high-end power supply as "main body",new energy,data center as "two wings",and explores the "technology + capital" drive model to promote the core power electronics integration of Internet technology-based high-end power,new energy,data center three business rapid development;meanwhile,using the Balanced Scorecard and strategic map tools,the development of marketing,research and development,production,manpower,investment,information and other strategic action initiatives are developed to promote the company's strategic transformation of quality and efficiency,and ultimately reaches the strategic objectives of the "eco-energy Internet enterprises".
