The country people,hunger breeds discontentment,food to safety first.Food safety is related to the beneficial to the people's livelihood responsibility weightier than Mount Tai.In recent years,the frequent food safety incidents such as lean meat,poisonous milk powder and gutter oil have put forward new requirements for the food safety supervision model in China.Food safety supervision at the grass-roots level is the starting point,foothold and focus of food safety supervision in China.How to improve the supervision system of food safety at the grass-roots level and strengthen the supervision mode of food safety at the grass-roots level has become an urgent problem to solve.Based on the supervision of food safety in Nanan city as the research object,through literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis approach,based on an overview of the national food safety supervision development,elaborated the current Nanan city food safety supervision are equipped with less labor tasks,backward supervision mechanism and supervision the society is not perfect,weak supervision and other issues,and in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems are the main laws and regulations system is not perfect,the regulatory supervision team instability,lack of investment,production operators lack the sense of responsibility etc..On this basis,we learn and learn from some advanced experience in China,and systematically review the experience and Inspiration of Shenzhen,Shanghai Nanhui district and Tianjin Binhai New Area in food safety supervision.Finally,according to the characteristics of the diversification of governance theory,from the concrete to strengthen the regulatory functions of government and corporate responsibility consciousness,strengthen social supervision three aspects put forward specific measures to solve the problems of the current food safety supervision at the grassroots level to provide a reference.
