Research On Social Endowment Insurance Of Floating Population In Jinjiang City

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization in China,the number of floating population continues to increase,which has become an important force to promote the rapid development of China's economy and society.The floating population has made great contributions to the urban construction and economic development of our country.However,due to objective reasons,most of the floating population in China has been excluded from the existing social security system for a long time,and the rights and interests of their old-age security have not been properly protected.At the same time,under the background of the increasingly serious aging of population in China,solving the problem of social endowment for floating population is significant for maintaining our social stability,improving our social security system and promoting social equity and justice.Jinjiang city as one of the most developed cities,the private economy of our country in recent years,the pension rights of the floating population more and more attention,and made many positive and useful attempt and exploration,and achieved certain results,but there are still some shortcomings and problems.Based on this,this article through the questionnaire investigation and interview form to investigate and understand the content of the framework,operation mechanism,implementation of the floating population of social endowment insurance in Jinjiang City,find out the existing problems and their causes,combined with the successful experience of Shenzhen City,puts forward some suggestions and measures to solve the problem of floating population social endowment insurance in Jinjiang city.This article is divided into seven parts.In the first part,it mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the review of domestic and foreign literature,and the related research methods.The second part elaborates the basic theory and the main concepts of this paper,including the concept explanation of floating population and pension insurance,and the theoretical basis of floating population social endowment insurance.The third part,through the field investigation of the floating population's social endowment insurance in Jinjiang,analyzes the current situation,content framework,operation and implementation effect of the floating population's social endowment insurance in Jinjiang.The fourth part,the floating population in Jinjiang city social endowment insurance operation,puts forward the existing old-age insurance of floating population social problems in Jinjiang,mainly including: the floating population social endowment insurance awareness rate is low;the endowment insurance pay off,bail phenomenon is serious;insurance for transferring is difficult;the actual insurance rate is low and there is duplication many companies are reluctant to insurance;insurance and other issues for the floating population.Through analysis,the main reasons for the above problems are: Jinjiang's endowment insurance system is not perfect,government responsibility is missing,management is not in place,floating population's income is low,insurance awareness is weak,enterprises are passive boycott,lack of social responsibility and so on.The fifth part introduces and analyzes the successful experience of floating population's social endowment insurance in Shenzhen,and gets the inspiration to solve the problems of floating population's social endowment insurance in Jinjiang.The sixth part,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social endowment insurance of the floating population in Jinjiang.It includes: improving the current endowment insurance system and supporting policies,strengthening the main responsibility and leading role of the government,strengthening the sense of corporate social responsibility construction,improving the awareness of floating population's participation in insurance and safeguarding their rights.The seventh part is the conclusion of this paper,including the summary of the full text,shortcomings and prospects for the future social endowment insurance of floating population in China.
