Study On Social Endowment Insurance Of Floating Population In Quanzhou

In 2015,the proportion of aged population over 60 years old in Quanzhou has reached 16.8%.At present,Quanzhou has entered a stage of rapid development of aging.Along with the aging,it is the old-age security problem in Quanzhou.As a strong economic city of Quanzhou,Fujian,the private economy is developed,the population flow frequently,the floating population pension insurance pressure is also not optimistic.This paper focuses on the problem of population flow of social endowment insurance in Quanzhou to conduct research into more data and empirical data,through data analysis,to further clarify the floating population in Quanzhou city the main causes(including process management,exclusive thought seriously,enterprises lack of understanding and fragmentation of old-age insurance and the lack of legal system and the floating population of the security and support),the overall characteristics,participation in the status of old-age insurance,endowment insurance and the existence of floating population in Quanzhou city social operation is not standard phenomenon,foreign export insurance by exclusive system restriction,the informal employment of migrant workers in the pension insurance is difficult to guarantee,social endowment insurance "fragmentation" phenomenon is still prominent,the floating population of endowment insurance lack of knowledge,there are insurance inconvenience,information channel Road interaction difficulties and other phenomena were analyzed.At the same time in absorbing foreign successful experience and Enlightenment of the development,this paper puts forward some hope for the floating population of social endowment insurance in Quanzhou city to solve specific measures and suggestions of benefit,promote the effective implementation of the floating population,the endowment insurance system of Quanzhou area,thus contributing to the floating population in Quanzhou city can enjoy the old-age insurance and social welfare.
