Study On The Choice Of Participation In Endowment Insurance For Floating Population In China

The rapid development of China's economy promotes the rapid flow of population between cities,thus expanding the scale of mobile groups.The floating population contributes a lot to the urban infrastructure construction and efficient economic development,but due to some objective reasons,there are some problems in the social pension security of the inflow area,and the relevant rights and interests are not protected to some extent.At the same time,China's population aging speed is also gradually accelerating,and tends to the development of deep aging,so gradually improving our pension security system is an important measure to deal with the population aging.Many developed countries have stepped into an aging society earlier.In the process of responding to the aging population in an all-round way,they have gradually established a social pension insurance system that the whole people can rely on after decades of exploration and development.In this context,combined with the unique nature of China's population,especially the floating population,it is also of great significance to solve and further improve the social endowment insurance of the floating population for the development of China's social endowment insurance system.Based on the data(CLDS)of project in 2016 conducted by social science research center of Sun Yat sen University,this paper selects qualified floating population data for research and analysis after processing the data according to the research object.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic,the research summary of domestic and foreign scholars,as well as the research content,methods,innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part describes the related concepts and theories of this paper,including the concept of floating population,endowment insurance,floating population and endowment insurance related theoretical basis.The third part,through the analysis of the basic characteristics of the floating population in the four aspects of individual,family,occupation and mobility,roughly understand the basic characteristics of the distribution of the floating populationin China.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the previous part,divides the influencing factors of the floating population's participation into four aspects: individual characteristics,family characteristics,economic characteristics,and flow characteristics,and makes a cross analysis with all kinds of endowment insurance to explore the differences of group participation under different characteristics.In the fifth part,the factors that affect the participation of the floating population's endowment insurance are divided into four aspects: individual characteristics,family characteristics,economic characteristics,and flow characteristics.Then,it is detailed into 14 indicators for cross analysis and binary logistic regression analysis.Then,from part to whole,the overall analysis is carried out on all indicators,and relevant conclusions are drawn.The sixth part,according to the conclusion of this study,puts forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the floating population's participation in endowment insurance.
