Based on a large number of literature reviews and predecessors' maturity scales,this study designed new questionnaires,used empirical methods to analyze key success factors of electromechanical new product development projects,and proposed key success factors for five facets.Models: macro policies and external support factors,corporate senior management support and funding factors,project plans and target factors,corporate and project team member work basic factors,project team communication and relationship management factors,and also consideration of contextual factors Impact of product development projects.In order to enable the research to have a definite dependent variable,a framework for evaluating the success criteria of electromechanical new product development projects was proposed to evaluate the success criteria of electromechanical new product development projects.This research mainly uses investigative research methods,and uses factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,variance analysis,etc.,and assists calculations with statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 to study the key success factors of successful new electromechanical new product development projects and various aspects.Relationship between.This study has verified the relevant theories of some electromechanical new product development projects and has certain academic significance.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for the electromechanical enterprises to increase the development rate of new products.
