For tobacco producing and consuming,China is the biggest country in the world.The production and sales volume of tobacco in domestic account for 30% of the world's total,and the total production of flue-cured tobacco and cigarette even ranks the first all over the world.The industrial and commercial tax profit and the fiscal payment of China's tobacco industry have increased by 78.56% and 100.58%respectively from 2010 to 2016.From these data it can be seen that China's tobacco industry makes a huge contribution to China's finance.For today's tobacco industry,in light of the current tobacco policy,how to lower the cost of tobacco industry and improve the enterprise's profit has become one of the research directions of the tobacco industry.Commissioned by Henan Tobacco Information Department,this paper will accomplish the research on the path optimization strategy of zero logistics of tobacco business in the respect of the improvement of path optimization algorithm and the planning system of of zero logistics of tobacco business based on GIS.Firstly,the paper studies the development status of China's modern tobacco logistics,consults a large number of domestic and foreign literature and analyzes the general algorithm and optimization algorithm to solve the problem of path planning.Combining with the actual situation of zero logistics of tobacco business and the demand of Information Department,this paper decides to solve the problem of path optimization based on genetic algorithm through the analysis and comparison of combined and optimized methods applicable to the VRPTW problem.The author creates combined and optimized methods through further study of genetic algorithm,and verifies the proposed algorithm by simulation.It proves that the optimization algorithm can enhance the enterprise's efficiency to a certain extent and improve its satisfaction.Then based on the theories and methods of vehicle path planning of Arc GIS,the architecture of Arc GIS Engine and the database of My SQL,the study designs a path planning system of the logistics distribution of cigarette.According to the requirement of tobacco warehousing and distribution data of Henan,it enables thesystem to achieve the functions of reading and displaying road data in the map,displaying and zooming of the map as well as roaming,completes the development of file management module,map operation module,parameter configuration module,path analysis module and data management module,and displays the optimal path on the map with different colors intuitively.With access to the network data set established by using the road data of Zhengzhou City,Henan Province,and the embedding of improved genetic-hill climbing algorithm into the system,the main function of path planning system of zero logistics of tobacco business can be achieved eventually,thus improving the efficiency of zero logistics of tobacco business,the last step in the logistics of tobacco industry.
