Research On The Internal Layout Optimization Of HT Textile Enterprises Based On Logistics Perspective

With the implementation of "China manufacturing 2025 ",as Chinese textile industry Chinese traditional pillar industries,between traditional textile technology and the new technology of the widening gap between the situation,the need for a major reform.At the same time,the development plan of the textile industry in "13th Five-Year" and the publication of the development plan of the textile industry(2016-2020 years)indicate that China's textile industry has entered into the direction of intellectualization,automation and digitalization.Therefore,under the condition that technology is still relatively backward,the disadvantages of traditional textile enterprises' heavy production and light logistics are highlighted.In the textile industry,the material storage and transportation is an important part of the logistics.Therefore,scientifically designing the layout of textile factories has become an important part of the production and development of textile enterprises.In the initial layout design of the general textile enterprises,the construction staff of the site are often built according to the experience and building codes.The problems of low distribution efficiency,higher unit cost and longer production cycle are often caused by unreasonable distribution of the layout and repeated transportation of products.Therefore,in the direction of modernization and intelligent mechanization,the re layout of the layout of textile enterprises is an urgent problem.Through a detailed analysis of the internal layout of the textile enterprises,this paper analyzes the area of the work unit,the logistics relationship,the non-logistics relationship and the comprehensive relationship,so as to determine the related area and the volume of logistics,thus optimizing the internal layout of the textile enterprises and getting a satisfactory solution.Through the detailed analysis of the characteristics of the internal layout and path of the textile enterprises,this paper summarizes the factors affecting the internal layout of the textile enterprises.On this basis,the contents of the optimization of the internal storage layout are analyzed,and the design of the warehouse layout scheme is proposed by the SLP method.This method is widely applied to layout design in other industries,which provides a theoretical basis for SLP's application in textile enterprises and makes it feasible.Later,genetic optimization algorithm is used to optimize the design and get the final plan.Then the final scheme is evaluated by fuzzy evaluation,and its final application effect is estimated.In this paper,a textile factory is taken as an example,the final optimization scheme is obtained through the above methods,and the feasibility of the scheme is evaluated and analyzed.
