Study On The Industry Transfer In The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based On The Flow Of Production Factors

The flow of production factors and industrial transfer are important ways to optimize regional connotative growth.In the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional integration,how to promote the transfer industry by production factors flow,in order to coordinate development of the region is currently one of particularly problems which is concerned by academics and politicians.This paper explore the internal mechanism of industrial transfer driven by flow of factors by using production factors,industrial transfer,industrial association and other related theories,and by the deduction,quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and other methods.With the help of Douglas Production Function and the VAR model,this paper discusses the relationship between the economic development and the flow of production factors input in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei regional.The results show that there is a significant production factors gap,which is increasing year by year.The cooperation of the industrial park is the major way to transfer the industry between Beijing and Hebei.The gap between Beijing and Tianjin gradually reduces,and there is no obvious correlation between input gap and industry transfer.The construction of talent sharing technology is the center transfer mode to achieve industrial extension transfer mode transfer.For Tianjin and Hebei,the gap is similar to Beijing and Hebei,capital transfer is the the main transfer object,which is led by the market-oriented,and the capacity trading mechanism should be built in the industry.
