| The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a national development strategy,is a new direction for the future development.The development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei is in a special period of China’s New Normal,the industrial transfer and docking development has become the inevitable and necessary trend for development.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the transfer and docking of industries.It is also the main purpose of the article to clarify the direction of industrial transfer and the docking industry.Although the transfer of regional industry and the development of docking have achieved initial results,there are still many problems in the face of the new economic situation and the special economic conditions.According to the actual situation of the three places,the paper analyzes the present situation and the motives.The results show that the basic implementation of the industrial structure convergence,industry chain break,industrial docking and transfer and the security system need to be improved.And the advantage industry is not prominent.Then with the method of Gray Relation Analysis,combines with empirical and normative research,the results show that the development of each industry has its own characteristics,the gap between industries is large,and the industry is transferred between regions.And docking to achieve conditions,according to local industrial development advantages and functional orientation,the transfer and docking industry can be done.According to the analysis,new directions path can be chosen.To ensure the path:the government should rationalize the industrial layout;the three markets create a favorable external environment;highlight the advantages of resources;strengthen regional industrial exchanges and cooperation,and guide the industry gradually transfer;the introduction of innovative mechanisms to achieve regional cooperation in personnel,to provide regional industry collaborative reserve forces. |
