Relevance of the topicresearch.In the context of building an innovative economy,constantly in motion,modernization and upgrading,human resources are not only to economic growth,but also determine the competitiveness and the appropriate place in the world economy.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the current development of HRM in the Republic of Kazakhstan,and consider the main factors that affected it.To explore problem of HRM and the role of education.To research how these factors change in "Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company(KEGOC)" and propose methods of solving problems that have arisen on the example of the JSC "KEGOC" and the whole Republic of Kazakhstan.This thesis is divided into five parts.In the first chapter,the urgency of the research of the topic,the degree of the study of the problem,the goals and objectives,the scientific novelty and significance of the study.In the second chapter,the author cited the innovation process and the development of the theory in Kazakhstan,as well as foreign experience.The third chapter is about the current situation of the industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan,the problems after the collapse of the USSR and their consequences,and studied the problems of education andmethods of their solution.The fourth chapter describesthe situation and historyof the JSC "KEGOC".The last chapter provides a brief description and current situation of the JSC "KEGOC" and challenges facing the company.And also recommendations for solving the problems of the enterprise for next few years and gradual transition to a "green" economy as an example of HRM in the long-term development of the economy of Kazakhstan.
