Research On Shaanxi Province Urbanization Quality Evaluation And Coordination

Urbanization is the necessary way of industrialization, modernization and informatization, it is the key to expand domestic demand and promoting regional coordinated development.Its development level has become an important symbol of a country or region of comprehensive strength. And urbanization is a complicated system engineering, contains the most importent branch systems--society, economy, environment and space that can most reflect the internal development of urbanization. Therefore, this paper, based on the comprehensive on the basis of previous research and the new concepts and new connotation of urbanization development to build " people-oriented" index system of urbanization that contains economic, social, environmental, space. Applied entropy value method to determine the weight comprehensive index method to calculate the urbanization development quality, drawing lessons from the capacity of the physics coupling concept to measure the urbanization quality coupling coordination degree,and analyzed the urban development level and internal coordination,at last draw the following conclusions:(1) By constructing a quality evaluation index system of urbanization and measuring the urbanization quality in shaanxi province found:From the comprehensive quality of urbanization,Currently urbanization quality is generally low in shaanxi province,but Xi'an a dominant. In addition to xian, municipalities gap is smaller, and xi'an gap is larger; From the dimension ofthe space difference analysis,the economic and social dimensions show the characteristic that guanzhong region> northern Shaanxi> southern Shaanxi,environmenttal and spatial dimension show the feature that guanzhong region> southern Shaanxi> northern Shaanxi.(2) on the basis of quality evaluation of urbanization calculatethe development coordination in shaanxi province.It turned out that the coupling coordination degree of urbanization present from the provincial capital city of xi'an to reduce the structural in shaanxi province, is as close to xi'an, and the higher levels of coordination; In terms of geography, coordination presents the guanzhong region> southern Shaanxi> northern Shaanxi, and northern shaanxi and southern shaanxi coordination gap is not big. And no matter from the comprehensive coordination, and the two elements about the economic, social and environmental elements, the space, most cities in Shanxi Province urbanization coordination type belongs to the mild disorder, but the gap is smaller.(3) On the basis of shaanxi urbanization comprehensive analysis, From four aspects: economy, society, environment, space in shaanxi urbanization promotion put forward the corresponding suggestion, in order to promote urbanization comprehensive promotion of quality.
