Land Use Efficiency Evaluation Of Urban Agglomeration In Central Yunnan Based On Construction Land

Urban agglomeration is the inevitable product of regional social development and economic development.It not only plays a strong regional radiation role,but also promotes the development of surrounding areas.Urban agglomeration is an important direction of urban construction and urban development in the new urbanization system.There is a great demand for construction land in urban agglomeration.The traditional expansion mode of construction land is sprawling expansion,which increases the area of construction land by occupying agricultural land,resulting in the reduction of agricultural land.The phenomenon of idle land and inefficient use of construction land causes serious waste of resources,which seriously affects the efficiency of urban land use and is not conducive to the development of cities and the promotion of urbanization.The urban agglomeration in central Yunnan is located in the southwest of China and bordered by many countries.It is a radiation center for countries in the Indian Ocean region and has an important influence on regional cooperation and development.The development of urban agglomeration in central Yunnan has exposed many problems.If these problems are not solved,they will inevitably affect the social development and economic development of urban agglomeration.In order to ensure the stable and orderly development of the urban agglomeration in central Yunnan,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the utilization efficiency of construction land.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the study puts forward some suggestions for the problems of the land use efficiency of the urban agglomeration in central Yunnan.This study takes the urban agglomeration of central Yunnan as the research object,and comprehensively evaluates the utilization efficiency of the construction land in the urban area of central Yunnan.Firstly,the evaluation index system of construction land efficiency is constructed to calculate the construction land efficiency of urban agglomeration in central Yunnan.Then analyze the spatial correlation and spatial pattern distribution of construction land use efficiency.Finally,the study attempts to put forward suggestions for improving the utilization efficiency of construction land.The main contents and research results of this study are as follows:(1)The first part use data envelopment analysis and Malmquist index method.The results show that:areas where construction land use efficiency is effective include Wuhua,Panlong,Xishan,Qilin,Hongta,Tonghai and Yuanjiang.Areas with constant returns to scale are basically located in the urban centre.Utilization of essential productive factors has potential for improvement.The difference in the total factor productivity index of the urban agglomeration in central Yunnan is caused by technology progress index and technology efficiency change index,but it is more affected by technology progress index.(2)The second part use Moran's I,Natural Breaks and Getis-Ord Gi*.The results show that:there is a significant aggregation pattern in the spatial distribution of construction land efficiency of urban agglomerations in central Yunnan and which spatial pattern distribution of efficiency has little change.There are too few hot spots,and the most regions are not significant in Hot spot analysis,indicating that the regional cooperation relationship is weak.
