In China,the traditional agricultural production mode,low productivity as well as low efficiency and low productivity are the biggest problems in the development of agriculture in China.The central No.1 document of the last ten years has pointed out that the implementation of the strategy of promoting agriculture by science and technology in the new period has shown the high concern of the state for the problem of agricultural modernization,and it is also reflected in the state.The objective situation of China's agricultural modernization is lagging behind.In the process of deepening the reform of the rural economic system,the promotion of agricultural modernization is still an effective way to promote the increase of cultivated land utilization rate,the increase of farmers' income and the development of rural economy.Therefore,at the present stage,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of agricultural modernization on the production rate of cultivated land for the development of rural construction and the sustained and healthy development of the economy and society.First of all,this paper reviews the literature on agricultural modernization and cultivated land output at home and abroad.At present,the research on the efficiency of grain production and its evaluation methods are comparatively systematic and mature in our country,but there is no research on the related indexes of agricultural modernization and the efficiency of cultivated land in the county level.This article will take the rural an County of Jilin Province as an example,and use the grey relational analysis method to evaluate the present situation of agricultural modernization in Nong'an county,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of agricultural development policy in Nong'an county.Secondly,based on the relevant statistical data and the data obtained from the on-the-spot investigation,this paper evaluates the present situation of agricultural modernization in Nong'an county.From 2007 to 2016,the agricultural mechanization of Nong'an county has developed rapidly.The total power of agricultural machinery per unit cultivated land increased by 113.78%,and the per capita electricity consumption growth rate in rural areas was 77.90%,but there was a large gap compared with the developed areas;the total agricultural output value,per capita agricultural output value and the agricultural output value per unit cultivated land area were compared with that of the developed areas.The growth rates were 101.81%,108.19% and 67.15% respectively,but their growth mainly occurred five years ago,and the increase was not obvious in the past five years.Generally speaking,agriculture has developed rapidly in Nong'an county in the past ten years,but in the past five years,it has obviously fallen into the predicament of development.Then,this paper selects some indexes from four aspects: the level of agricultural land material equipment input,the level of rural construction,the sustainable development of agriculture and the support of agricultural support,and uses the grey relational analysis method to analyze the impact of these indexes on the yield of cultivated land.The degree of influence is in order of effective irrigation rate,total mechanical power of unit cultivated land area,electricity consumption per unit cultivated land area,replanting index,agricultural technicians with 10000 people,fertilizer per unit cultivated land,proportion of financial support to agriculture,and forest land coverage rate.The correlation values were 0.8670,0.8343,0.8307,0.8197,0.7375,0.7300,0.5329 and 0.4525 respectively.Then four major factors that have high correlation with the yield of cultivated land and more than 0.8 are selected,that is,the effective irrigation rate,the total power of the unit tillage ground machinery,the electricity consumption per unit cultivated land and the replanting index.Meanwhile,taking these four indicators as dependent variables,the rate of cultivated land output is independent variable,and a regression model is established.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting agricultural modernization and promoting productivity growth in Nong'an county.
