Study On Eco-tourism Development And Management Of The Maandi Butterfly Valley At Honghe Prefectuer In China

For the less developed areas,how to develop resources,economic development,at the same time,guarantee the sustainable development of ecological resources has become one of the important issues of face,how to responsibly and in development at the same time to realize the protection of the environment is the key to the development of less developed areas.Based on it,as an example," Maandi Butterfly Valley at Honghe Prefecture in China" in Jinping County in this article the writer is trying to moderate adjustment between development and protection as the breakthrough point,on the study of the issue.Maandi Butterfly valley is known since the end of the saddle,party committees and governments at all levels and relevant departments of the butterfly valley,the protection and development of a high degree of attention to and actively support,but due to the bottom of the saddle township is located in the remote mountains behind,weak economic foundation,traffic inconvenience,poor infrastructure,inadequate local residents of the outdated ideas and personnel planning and some unreasonable factors.Saddle at the bottom of the tourism development is still the development of more than protection,and the development process and to external publicity and more roads,infrastructure construction is given priority to,relative to weaken the scenic area management and resource protection.Cause in the development process of the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection gradually revealed,and the local residents in the face of the sudden invasion in the field of cultural concept and survival as well as to the economic interests of blind from also brought many problems.This paper introduces the ecological resources 、 butterfly resources and tourism development situation of the " Maandi Butterfly Valley at Honghe Prefecture in China".The ecological problems existing in the process of resource protection and tourism development and the present situation of the development planning of some irrationality of the Maandi were analyzed emphatically.Through the field survey in Maandi to understand the actual situation and analysis,aimed at the tourism development current situation and problems existing in the management of the "Maandi Butterfly Valley at Honghe Prefecture in China",proposed the eco-tourism sustainable development management measures: In the first place is the divisional protection and staged development.According to the topography condition,the administrative division,the resources distribution and ecological resource characteristics of Maandi can be divided into closed area,semi-closed area,development zone and development to management,take different measures for different area.Then,to develop step by step according to the current development status quo of the development plan;In the second place is the combination of system management and ecological ethics guide to the management measures.First of all,perfecting the system and strengthen the enforcement of existing laws and regulations.Followed by system reform,through the establishment of monitoring mechanism,improve the planning system and the management mechanism for strengthening the management of the ecological tourism administrative supervision.Finally,through ecological ethics guidance to the tourists,tourism enterprises and tourism employees and community residents,promoting people the main body,the director of the initiative,actively cooperate with and participate in the sustainable development of ecological tourism management.In the last place is through economic means,administrative reform and community participation,to seek ecological environment coordinated growth point of economic benefits and social benefits,and achieve the ecological tourism in the economic,social and ecological benefits balance each other unified development pattern.
