Research On Performance Evaluation Of The Service Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprise

With the development of social market economy and the enrichment of material culture,in order to enhance their competitiveness and improve their competitive position,some enterprises add service elements to their traditional products.Then,service economy rises.In this social context,manufacturing enterprise service innovation has become a hot topic in the current academic and practical fields.The scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of service innovation in manufacturing companies is an important part of the subject of service innovation in manufacturing companies.This study identified indicators for evaluating the performance evaluation of service innovation in manufacturing companies,and established a relatively complete evaluation system model for service innovation in manufacturing companies through scientific evaluation methods.This study selected some of the indicators used to evaluate the performance evaluation of manufacturing companies by collating and summarizing relevant documents in the field of service innovation and supply chain management,as well as interviews with academic experts and practitioners in the field of practice.After that,the indicators were screened by the Delphi method,and two first-level indicators,four second-level indicators,and 20 third-level indicators were finally determined to evaluate the service innovation of manufacturing companies.Through expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process,the relative weight among various indicators was determined.Finally,a manufacturing company that is attempting service innovation has verified the scientificness and operability of this performance evaluation system.
