Based On The Fuzzy Mathematics Method Of Open-end Fund Performance Evaluation Research In China

In recent years, Open-end funds had rapid developments in China, it had become a force that can not be ignored of securities markets of China. A scientific, objective, fair Open-end fund performance evaluation system not only can help investors comprehensively understand the level of Open-end fund performance, but also can help the fund management company improve its operational level, furthermore, it can provide references for regulatory authorities to formulate policies and regulations. Currently, domestic Open-end fund performance evaluation system is mostly lacked for integrity, the standard of evaluation is various, some results of evaluation is conflicting. Therefore, establishing a scientific and rational Open-end fund performance evaluation system has great significance to promote the healthy development of China’s fund market and the whole securities market.This paper systematically introduces the theories and methods of Open-end fund performance evaluation, summarizes domestic and international research results of Open-end fund performance evaluation, then, selects9indicators that can reflect the level of Open-end fund performance based on the scientific, systematic and feasible principles, applies the AHP to build the Open-end fund performance evaluation system, evaluates the index of sample fund in the sample period respectively. Finally, combing with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gray comprehensive evaluation method, this paper obtains an evaluation result of Open-end fund performance. The result shows that the Open-end fund performance evaluation system built in this paper can be better able to reflect the performance of the funds in the sample period, the evaluation results are similar to the various professional rating agencies.
