Performance appraisal is a crucial part in human resources management of the enterprise, which is related to the personnel circulation, salary arrangement and other functions of human resources management, influencing the total performance and competition ability of the enterprise. Investigation about the method of performance assessment has long been the important work to the specialists of human resources management, especially when the application of quantitative analysis has been more and more emphasized in the performance assessment. With the gradual perfection of theoretical system of human resources management, performance assessment integrates synthetic effects of quantitative and qualitative analysis, it demands qualities subjective elements to the very limit with mathematic model and assessing with multi-directional methods. Under the direction of enterprise strategy analysis, we improve the scale of Analytic Hierarchy Process and establish symmetrical scale suitable for the self-development of the enterprise. Then, introduce of surrounding performance concept will set up a scientific and all-sided index system. At last, we comprehensively evaluate the index system of performance assessment with Fuzzy Comprehensive, and, as an example, demonstrate the modeling and application in the practice of administrator performance assessment. At the end of the model the author give the hopeful of performances analysis model. Make sure we will have a better method to improve the development of human resource management.
