Study On Rural Residential Morphology And Its Renewal Under The Background Of Tourism Economy In Dandong

Rural residence is a materialized form of long-term accumulation of rural people's life and production experience.Its spatial form,construction techniques and features not only contain the regional culture and humanistic culture,but also carries the historical memory of the village and the life and production wisdom of the rural people.With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,these rural dwellings with cultural value and regional characteristics have been severely impacted by modern civilization.Only a few of them have been repaired and protected,while others have been left idle,abandoned,destroyed and demolished.The research object of this paper is the rural settlements and architecture with tourism industry as the main business mode in Dandong.Focused on Korean,Manchu,Han villages,and based on the theory of cultural geography and culture communication,the studies is carried out from a multidisciplinary perspective.Through data review,field research and mapping,face-to-face interviews,and questionnaire surveys,the paper understands the traditional residential material space characteristics and the residents livelihood of the Korean,Han and Manchu.Its morphological types are extracted and its development trend is summarized in the last hundred years.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition and needs of rural tourists in Dandong by quantitative analysis method,vertical and horizontal comparison method,and summing induction method.This paper summarizes the changes and problems of the residential form before and after the tourism economic intervention and analyzes the resources and potential of tourism development.Furthermore,aiming at the problems of cultural convergence,lag in spatial adaptation,loss of ecological technology,and low space utilization in the tourism-oriented villages in Dandong,a solution strategy was proposed from the architectural point of view.Based on this,the trial design will provide references for the renovation and renewal of the tourism villages in Dandong region.
