The way to realize the bidding in the enterprises is one of the key components of bidding business.There is low efficiency and non-standard operations existing in the traditional bidding in real estate industry,which provides a broad prospect for the e-bidding in the real estate industry.E-bidding,supported by the Internet and information technology,based on the platform of e-business,is an improvement of traditional bidding and it also liberates the traditional one.With reasonable designing of the business process of e-bidding,it can realize a thorough electronization,all internet-using in all aspects including supervision and payment,standardization of documents,long-distance for bid evaluation,and two-way assessments so as to promote the standardization,transparency and fairness in bidding.Based on trading cost,core competitiveness between enterprises and the relevant basic theories about e-biding,making use of some specific research methods such as SWOT,efficiency analysis,literature research and case studying,the article takes the current bidding practices in Company S in Quanzhou as its subject,and carries out its study on the unsolved problems in the application of e-bidding in the purchasing management in the company.The article tries to build a core business system,i.e.PDC,for Company S with e-bidding as its core in an anticipation of providing reference and example to improve the current situation in operation and enhance the competitiveness in the market for the peer enterprises.The construction of PDC system shows the sufficient communication between supplier and demander via e-bidding system.The PDC system cover the whole process,including supplier search,bidding process,evaluation,data analysis and accumulation,financial examination,verification and related payment,and also the relationship with supplier.Using the e-bidding liberates people from the whole bidding process.Via network supervision,one can follow up,record and visualize the bidding process,avoid the human induced disturbance.All of these show the necessity and significance of the application of e-bidding system.
