| The competition in domestic real estate has entered a while-hot period. Thehousing price in first-tier cities has been soaring while being sluggish in the third-tiercities. Being influenced by multiple factors such as suspension of the bank loans, thereal estate company is experiencing daily bankruptcy. Nowadays, many Chinesecompanies still fail to realize the relations between the supply chain management andprocurement and their importance.This paper extensively studies the general theory and the development trend ofpurchasing in both domestic and oversea real estate industry and introduces theconcept and features of real estate and its industry. It also analyzes the connotation ofthe real estate purchasing,the content, principal and management goal of real estatepurchasing management. The paper also makes analysis to the purchasing pattern ofreal estate and the procurement procedures. With the combination of actual operationof Jin Ding Real Estate Company, this paper utilizes data studies, systematic analysisand empirical research methods to analyze the status quo of its purchasingmanagement, to discover the existing problems. It also employs the relevant theoryand methods of procurement management to improve the purchasing patterns,supplier’s management and cost control and puts forward to the correspondingimplementation countermeasures.First of all, the essay generalizes the basic information of Jin Ding Real EstateCompany,introduces the status quo of its procurement management and analyzes theexisting problems, which specifies the direction to the following improvement of theprocurement management system.Furthermore, with the consideration of the procurement management status quoand development trend of current real estate industry, it raises the improvement ideas,principle and target of the procurement management of Jin Ding Real Estate Companyand optimizes the procurement procedures and procurement pattern, strategic suppliersand electronic purchasing.
