Research On Real Estate Enterprise Procurement Bidding Management System Under The Informational Environment

Real estate industry is the main body of the national economy,with long industry chain,large correlation,which makes itself difficult to be controlled with the characteristics.The real estate industry is different from others,because of the type of procurement process involved is more complex,including a variety of equipment,materials,tools,labor,supplies and special services,which are not the produced or provided by itself,but through the integration of resources to assist its own development and construction of the project.With the increasingly fierce competition of market,more sophisticated management and professional division of labor as well as transforming the extensive management into intensive management are required to survive in the fierce competition.As an important aspect of real estate development and control node,bidding procurement management becomes more prominent.Bidding procurement on the application of information technology is not unfamiliar,but most of which are platform-based application,without being distinguished between industries,relying on go vernment procurement with less correlation with the actual management of enterprise,not suitable for the optimization of enterprise internal bidding procurement process.As the key part of improving bidding procurement management system of real estate ind ustry under the informational environment,firstly,the thesis will elaborate the concept of bidding procurement and the understanding of electronic bidding procurement,at the same time,analyzing the difficulties of procurement management of real estate industry,making deeply analysis of the procurement management status and existing problems of GP Properties,which is taken as an example to summarize the electronic bidding system requirements,paying an emphasis on procurement requirements,procurement sourcing,procurement contracts,procurement synergy and elaborating on supplier management,supplier self-service portal and so on,finally,making summaries of the effects of the application of GP's introduction of electronic bidding system.Taking GP Company for an example,this dissertation will discuss how to carry forward the advantage of the original procurement in the information construction of the real estate procurement bidding procurement management.Meanwhile,it can improve the weakness and develop into an effective rigorous real estate bidding procurement management mode,in which the implementation of information technology can play a strong role.Therefore,it can form a reference of theory and practice in bidding procurement system,and guide the informational construction of bidding and procurement in real estate industry.
