With the geometric growth of information technology in the economic and social fields an the economic data in the recent decades,Establish tax informatization administration system become tax administration under the new situation,seek the inevitable requirement of low cost and high efficiency.Informatization has become an important measure of the modernization of tax administration.This paper focuses on the construction of tax management informatization.The tax system of Dehua county is used as the research object.Focus on it's hardware,network,information sharing and data applications such as the innovation and the layout of tax administration informatization in rencet years,combining the theory of information management,using literature research,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis and other methods,to analyze its risk prevention and control the invoice daily tax control problems of information security management and the reasons.And to summarize the advanced experience on the basis of home and abroad.Combining with the regional characteristics of Dehua county,the Suggestions are further improved from different aspects such as concept transformation,talent training,information sharing,process reform,institutional setting and mechanism innovation,to explore the tax informatization construction suggestions and methods of Dehua county.Uniqueness of this paper is: on the one hand,break through the original tax administration to implement the single narrow concept of the main body,transformation point of view,from the government and other government departments and social public administration level,emphasizes the collaboration and information sharing between departments,expand the tax administration vision,improve the administration level;On the other hand,it is combined with Dehua county's practice since the second phase of golden tax project promotion,practical experience in tax informatization administration construction,tries to draw lessons from the advanced experience both at home and abroad on the basis of integrated into the local characteristics,in the pursuit of revenue administration informatization construction to a breakthrough and innovation on the road.Hope that through this article study results,it can be revealing,for Dehua county and surrounding areas of national tax system tax administration informatization construction and construction for reference.And for the grass-roots tax authorities to build a fair,efficient,transparent tax administration system provides an option.
