Study On Public Satisfaction Of Urban And Rural Construction Land Increase And Decrease In Dehua County

Land is the most important resource for the rural development. Urban construction land increase or decrease hooking was an effective way of coordinating urban and rural development. The implementation of urban construction land increase or decrease hooking policy can ease the contradiction between supply and demand of land for construction, improve Land utilization efficiency, improve rural production and living conditions and environment, promote of urban and rural development, and enhance the public's satisfaction. Urban construction land increase or decrease hooking involves the large interests, multi-agent and has a complicated relationship. Therefore in order to effectively improve the public's satisfaction, it must correctly handle the relations between various interests. At present, there are few empirical studies on the public satisfaction degree of construction land increase or decrease hooking. The choice of appropriate cases for empirical research has important theoretical and practical significance.,Dehua County was important pilot of urban construction land increase or decrease hooking in Fujian Province, whose had typical meaning for the public satisfaction degree research of construction land increase or decrease hookingBased on the theory of land resource management and land supply and demand, this paper tooked Dehua County as an example to carry on the empirical research, and analyzed the public satisfaction degree, constructed assess index system, and influenced factors theory model about urban construction land increase or decrease hooking. The results showed that the public satisfaction of urban construction land increase or decrease hooking was higher in Dehua County. The main factors that affected the public satisfaction were the subsidy of relocation and house building, the plan of house building, the income of family, the occupation, the contracted land management capacity, the existing housing area, placement of the room location, size and type, and etc. And then put forward to take measures to encourage farmers to participate in the rural collective construction land, to seek ways to integrate into the market, improve the land management policies, innovate and change in the linkage mechanism to monitor the operation of the form of advice. They can be references for the government to improve the public's satisfaction on urban construction land increase or decrease hooking, and explore development reproducible work experience for other parts, and perfected the institution and work for the urban construction land increase or decrease hooking.
