Research On The Current Situation And Feasible Countermeasures Of Rural Informatization Construction In Boli County

Rural informatization is an important part of agricultural innovation and development.On August 29,2016,the ministry of agriculture issued the “13th five-year plan” for agricultural and rural informatization in China.The plan clarified that informatization is the requirement of agricultural modernization.It is an important development step to promote the modernization of agriculture and promote the construction of a moderately prosperous countryside.The four development goals to be reached in 2020 are the production of intelligent level.Improve the level of network operation;The management of data level has been greatly improved;Service online has been greatly improved.From the height of national strategy,new requirements are put forward for informatization construction in rural areas.Rural informationization construction,to realize the modernization,the construction of modern agriculture and realize a well-off society in an allround way,realize the rural economy structure adjustment,increasing farmers' income plays an important role.This paper conducted a survey of rural informatization construction from three administrative villages in Boli County,lucky auspicious Village,struggle Village,baofeng Village,found on the status quo of the construction of rural informatization construction in Boli County,the construction of rural informatization level is high in many other counties,Boli county the government website,Boli County agricultural informationization construction has greatly reflected,and carry out e-commerce in rural areas,rural tourism and poverty alleviation and development of column plate.But according to the requirements of the state,compared with the agricultural informatization construction in developed and developed areas,there are still many problems,such as: single channel of construction,insufficient funds,less use of new technology in agriculture,and imperfect construction mechanism.On this basis,we learned from the experience of rural informatization construction in Zhejiang Jinhua and Shandong Tai'an in the process of building rural informatization.From strengthening and perfecting the infrastructure construction of rural informatization construction,establishing a diversified information release system,improving the rural informatization policy system,and strengthening the training of rural information talents,four countermeasures to improve the level of rural informatization are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide some ideas for the relevant departments in Boli County by studying the construction of rural informatization in Boli County,and make certaincontributions to the construction of rural informatization in Boli and even the whole country.
