Since the 1960 s,after more than 50 years of development,China's environmentally friendly concrete block making machine has become the main production equipment of new wall materials.The environmentally friendly concrete block making machine can comprehensively utilize industrial wastes such as fly ash and coal gangue,as well as solid Waste aggregate as raw material,instead of clay or burning,with outstanding environmental protection performance.Concrete Block products produced by the equipment of China is widely used in China's infrastructure and construction industry.Through the analysis of industry environment and industry structure of concrete block molding machine,the paper summarizes the main problems existing in industry development.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the management level,brand construction,marketing ability,quality control and research and development of QGM Company through the combination of industry analysis and enterprise analysis,the paper tries to find the best way of enterprise development by formulating the development strategy and internationalization strategy that match its own characteristics through the key success factor method and SWOT analysis.Based on the analysis of the external environment of the industry,the structure of the industry and QGM company,this article summarizes the major problems in the current development of the industry;based on this,the key factors affecting the development of enterprises in the industry are identified through research and key success factors.And through Strategic Grouping,companies in the industry at different stages of development are divided into three strategic groups.As a major national strategy,the “One Belt and One Road” initiative has identified the priority development position of infrastructure construction.This article regards it as one of the important factors affecting the development of the industry.For the first time,the company participates in the “Belt and Road Initiative” for the enterprises in the national environmentally friendly concrete block making machine industry."The opportunities and risks that the construction institute may face are analyzed.Through the above analysis,this article innovatively proposes the development strategy of the industry from the perspective of high value-added research on concrete block products and the expansion of regional brand influence,and gives suggestions for the development strategies of different strategic group companies.In addition,the phenomenon that the financial status and HR does not obtain necessary attention within the industry mentioned in this article provides reference for the development of the concrete block industry.
