In recent years,with the development of the logistics industry,more and more enterprises enter the logistics industry,which reduces the profits of the industry.Many Small and medium sized logistics enterprises may withdraw from the market which resuits from reducing the profits.The housing prices rise and population decrease lead to the rising cost of rent and labor.However,our nation carry out the policy of "The Belt and Road" will make lots of industries develop fast especially the logistics industry.In this age,informatization is the trend and the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises can actively use "The Belt and Road" brings the opportunity to seek transformation.The research object of this paper is JT Logistics Co.,ltd..The author analyzes current situation about the logistics industry,internal and external development environment,and opportunities owing to " "The Belt and Road" with literature analysis,investigation,and statistical analysis in this paper.With using the PEST model,Potter's five forces model,SWOT model as the analysis tool,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats are analyzed under "the Belt and Road" background by the date of logistics industry and enterprise financial data.Most important of all,The author suggests that JT Logistics Co.,ltd take advantage of "The Belt and Road" the opportunity to strengthen the construction of transformation into the third party logistics enterprise and use differentiation strategy information strategy,alliance strategy,training and enterprise organization strategy function level strategy.
