With the rapid development of China's market economy,the gross output value of construction industry has continued to rise,which has become a new growth point for stimulating the economy.Therefore,the number of construction enterprises will continue to increase.State owned enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,whose main business is general contracting,faces a more severe and urgent situation.How to make the development of enterprises not backward and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is a major problem faced by state-owned construction enterprises.In the original salary system,the introduction of analog stock production as an incentive means not only enhance the enthusiasm of the workers,but also improve the economic profit of the enterprise,and further improve the competitiveness and influence of the enterprise in the construction industry.Under the guidance of the domestic and foreign incentive theory and the related theoretical knowledge of the stock system,this paper takes the incentive compensation system of JZ company as the research object with the full capital subsidiary company of China Railway XX limited company.Through the analysis of its salary management,the feasibility of simulating the equity and profit sharing as an incentive compensation scheme is studied and analyzed..On the premise of identifying the profit of the project,through the implementation of the related auxiliary system,we should strengthen the implementation of the assessment and cashing of the nodes,strengthen the project audit,and ensure the improvement of the quality,progress and cost of the project.Under the condition of ensuring the surplus of enterprises,we should increase the salaries of employees and effectively mobilize the initiative of employees,so as to achieve "risk sharing and benefit sharing".Although there are few theoretical papers on simulating shareholding system,there are still many problems.However,according to the pilot project of JZ company,the company decided to design a set of incentive compensation scheme suitable to the business development and market economy.Through the research effect of the Aproject of JZ company,it can be seen that the incentive compensation system based on the simulation shareholding system effectively stimulates the subjective initiative and responsibility of the employees,maximizes the distance between the enterprise and the employees,improves the overall competitiveness and combat effectiveness of the enterprise,and realizes the unity and maximum of the interests of the enterprises and employees.It promotes the sustainable development of the enterprise.
