Marketers are the creator of enterprise profit,and its performance directly affect the enterprise's market position,therefore,for the people of the incentive mechanism is brought to the attention of the industry and academia in the banking system,market competition is the key to marketing talents competition,contrary to the marketing personnel is a bank's core competitiveness,how to stabilize the team,establish and constantly improve the science approaches to marketing talents incentive system and incentive mode,make them improve work enthusiasm to create more value for the enterprise,is the focus of attention and research.Based on the questionnaire survey on the incentive mechanism of public marketers in suzhou branch of S bank,this paper analyzes and studies the existing problems and causes of the incentive mechanism in suzhou branch of S bank with the help of relevant theories,and on this basis,optimizes the design of the existing incentive mechanism.In the thesis writing process,the integrated use of literature analysis information co llected a variety of ways such as questionnaire and interview,in combing the existing in centive mechanism and history has access to the results,on the basis of the study summ arized out toward S bank suzhou branch marketing personnel incentive mechanism exist s in the existing assessment method income do not tally with the actual material incentiv es,such as unreasonable welfare system is not perfect,and lack of promotion mechanis m of poor training effect employee satisfaction is low and the non-material incentives,s uch as the lack of a sense of belonging And find out the root causes of the problems,so as to compare them one by one,optimize and formulate the new incentive mechanism f or corporate marketing personnel in line with the current overall operation and develop ment objectives of S bank from the two aspects of material incentive and spiritual incent ive,which is conducive to its implementation and implementation,and hope to make co ntributions to the development of S bank.
