At present,the social economy is developing constantly,and people's awareness of the undeveloped insurance ideology has been strengthened,which has contributed to the vigorous development of China's insurance industry.However,due to low staff quality,management services and so on,the customer's satisfaction with insurance companies is relatively low,which seriously restricts the development of insurance industry.Therefore,insurance industry needs to improve the shortage of the existing management service efforts to explore the overall development strategy of seeking to improve customer satisfaction,prompted in the fierce competition in the insurance industry in the development of health.In the study,taking hebei branch of Chinalife as the research object,using the main method of the questionnaire survey method is analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,in the thorough analysis of hebei branch of Chinalife based on the condition of customer satisfaction,explores the existing problems,and aims at the problems put forward the corresponding solution strategy.Firstly,the research background,significance,content,method,framework structure and innovation of the thesis are clarified.This paper summarizes,summarizes and reviews relevant research theories and literatures about customer satisfaction at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces the general situation of the hebei branch of Chinalife insurance company,establishes the satisfaction evaluation index which can feedback customer's opinion,and calculates the satisfaction weight of the customer.Again,on the basis of questionnaire,to determine the customer satisfaction index weight,analyses the condition of hebei branch of Chinalife insurance customer satisfaction,customer satisfaction evaluation results and the reasons.Finally,the measures to improve customer satisfaction put forward from the aspects of product,management and service innovation,improvement of staff quality and improvement of customer relations.
