With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more enter-prises in addition to the traditional retail channel distribution of goods, widelyopened electronic direct channel at the same time. The dual-channel sales modehas become the mainstream of modern manufacturing enterprises sales mode. Butthe competitions between manufactures and retailers are becoming increasingly, andthe conficts of interest is also more and more obviously, so the case of asymmetricinformation frequently accompanied, such as cost information asymmetry and de-mand information asymmetry. Therefore, coordination problems of the dual-channelsupply chain became a common concern.This thesis using the theory and method of Stackelberg game and probabili-ty theory based on reviewing domestic and abroad research of dual-channel supplychain, under the condition of the cost information asymmetry and demand informa-tion asymmetry, respectively established Stackelberg game mode, designed wholesaleprice contract and two party revenue sharing contract, investigated the impact ofretailer cost information asymmetry and demand information asymmetry on prices,profts and production decisions, evaluated the efect of the wholesale price contractand two party revenue sharing contract for supply chain coordination, and throughthe numerical example verifed the efectiveness of the contract. |
