| The measurement of real estate right is the reference data for the survey work of rural real estate right,and the quality of real estate registration survey determined by the quality of the measurement work.Currently the most commonly used survey method weight of the total station and GPS-RTK measurement method,although this has been meet requirements of cadastral investigation right of basic,but there is a nationwide real estate right of cadastral survey,the conventional measuring method,alone can't meet the schedule,time and quality of work requirements.Rural property right of cadastral survey work practical strong,high accuracy,short project period,large amount of tasks and have legal benefits field survey work in labor intensity affected by the environment,such as measuring elements complicated characteristics.Therefore,need a new mapping technology,and application in power cadastral survey work,fast,high quality,high efficiency to complete the current rural real estate registration survey work,to improve property rights cadastral investigation work efficiency and quality.With the rapid development of science and technology,more and more novel technologies have emerged in the field of surveying and mapping are widely used in surveying and mapping industries.Among them,UAV tilt photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning measurement method.They have high precision,high speed,shorten the time of field work and other characteristics,process optimization routine measurement technology,effectively reduce the accumulation of measurement error,improve overall measuring precision and working efficiency,has a good application prospect in the field of real estate surveying and mapping.This paper focuses on the research on the land and area information acquisition of rural real estate.First systematically in this paper,the property right of cadastral investigation procedures,followed by detailed analysis of the current measurement method,the weight of the again in order to better understand new technology of surveying and mapping clear characteristics and application advantages of the two experimental area,respectively,using the two kinds of new technology of surveying and mapping,and then with the experimental results with conventional measurement results from the data accuracy,efficiency,compares and analyses technical difficulties,comprehensive characteristics finally combining with the analysis of the results of the area most conforms to choose how to test the right conclusion of cadastral measurement method. |
