| All enterprises will face different crisis during their development process,therefore,it is particularly important to correctly understand the essence of the crisis.Now most of scholars' research is focusing on the harm of crisis to the enterprise,and how the crisis prevention brings benefits to the enterprise,and so on.But there are also a small number of scholars pointed out that the crisis can become a kind of "power" in the enterprise development,then effective crisis management can improve enterprise's abilities,but such research was only based on basic theories,and lacking of case research.In order to find the real relationship between Crisis and enterprise ability,based on organization learning theory,This article mainly refers to the organization learning process,try to find an evolvement mechanism between crisis and enterprise ability promotion.Through the research of LanTe company from 2008 to 2017,This article examined the evolution regularity of the crisis to enterprise ability promotion.Then the research found that the crisis existed in different stages of enterprise 's growth,The crisis type will be different in different enterprise development stages.Every stage's Crisis will bring the enterprise into effective organizational learning,to fix the crisis,the complete learning process includes knowledge acquisition,knowledge sharing,knowledge application.These learning processes could help enterprise to acquire new knowledge from different channels,then these knowledge could be shared、spread、accumulated and used internally,finally the enterprise's production ability 、R&D ability and marketing ability will be promoted after the crisis were fixed.The result of this research will help enterprises to have a much deeper awareness of crisis,it also provided a new explanation mechanism for the relationship between crisis and enterprise ability promotion through enterprise growth stages and organization learning. |
