In 2014,the National Tourism Administration determined the year as the “Smart Travel Year”.This decision was made by promoting the construction speed of the smart travel express train and further perfecting the one-stop service of tourism informatization in order to comprehensively enhance “intelligent tourism”.The level of service and quality laid the foundation.With the rapid development of modern information technology and the rapid popularization of the Internet,smart resorts are gradually being favored by more and more tourists as the derivative and development carrier in “Smart Travel”.If we start from the point of view of the satisfaction of tourists,we will discuss the various experiences of tourists in smart resorts.On the one hand,we can upgrade the information service level of smart resorts as quickly as possible.In addition,we can also promote the scientific management and planning of smart resorts.It can effectively enhance the tourism image and popularity of smart scenic spots and provide valuable reference for smart tourist attractions to meet the needs of modern tourists for tourism information and convenience services.Based on the perspective of tourist satisfaction,this article selects Fenghua Xikou as a research object,and collects relevant information and sample quantities of tourists' satisfaction in Xikou scenic spot through questionnaire surveys and interviews.The analysis will provide reference for the regulation and optimization of sustainable development of smart scenic spots,and will contribute to the development of tourism in China.This study is divided into five parts.The first chapter is introduction.It analyzes the background and significance of the research,methods and technical routes.In the second part,we reviewed the domestic and foreign tourist satisfaction and wisdom tourism related research,and introduces the current theoretical foundations related to tourist satisfaction and smart tourism,and provides basic work for the following text.In the third part,we analyze the relevant factors that affect it based on the satisfaction of tourists and draw conclusions.The fourth part proposes related policy recommendations based on the previous research results.The fifth part is the lack of research and prospects.
