In the first half of 2015,the end of the high-speed growth of smart phones to enter the inflection point,the growth of the communication industry is also slowing.Along with the traditional field of SMS and MMS business volume shrinking dramatically,the three major operators of the business has been much impact.With big data as a symbol of the Internet plus emerging industry is developing rapidly,many enterprises need to adjust the traditional business,plug Internet plus wings,get a rare opportunity for development in the economy under the new normal.At the same time,the development potential of the customer market is huge,potentially lucrative,is the commanding height of the operator's resources and competition,and the revenue growth of the government and enterprises to a large extent,about the operator's revenue.Enterprise customer platform business as the core part of the value-added business,accounting for the proportion of Guangdong Telecom's profits gradually increased.In the new round of competition in the business enterprise customer platform business development plays a more and more important role,is the three major carriers of the relative competitive advantage.In this paper,to optimize the enterprise customer marketing service strategy as the breakthrough point,the research of Guangdong telecom company sustainable development of the important issues.This paper takes Guangdong telecom enterprise customer as the research object,the research methods and means of typical,through the analysis of the theory of market segmentation and marketing theory,combined with the status of the development of Guangdong Telecom,gives suggestions to optimize the Guangdong telecom enterprise customer marketing strategy,to adapt to the continuous and rapid changes in the external environment,improve business performance and marketing services level,provide an effective reference and scientific basis for the development of Guangdong Telecom.It has achieved certain economic value and social significance in the practical application.
